This week, I did not earn many points. Although I did cook three new recipes including:
Chicken Cordon Bleu (substituting spinach for ham)
Gravy (believe it or not, I have never made this before)
Lemon Tarts with Blueberries and Homemade Crust (which I made w/o a recipe!)
This week I also made Buttermilk Pancakes for the first time. I guess I am getting the basics out of the way before I need to do anything challenging to earn a point ;).
So far that is +4 points for recipes.
I have been doing a huge amount of reading this week, but, unfortunately, I brought my two longest books with me on this vacation, so none of them were finished.
I do earn a couple of points for a couple hours of exercise. I did yoga for about two hours this week (I know, sad, right). But, hey, I still get the points. +2
